What is the guest capacity?
The Grand Ballroom seats up to 300 guests. The Stone Patio hosts up to 300 for ceremonies. The Carriage House hosts up to 50 guests.
What are the space dimensions?
The Grand Ballroom is 45' × 99'. The Stone Ballroom (Carriage House) is 29' × 18'. The Stone Patio is 56' × 61'.
Is there on-site lodging?
Yes. The Poplar Springs Inn & Spa offers 2 luxury suites and 18 standard rooms on the estate. It is the only venue in the collection with a full inn and spa on the same property.
Is there a Getting Ready Suite?
Yes. A Getting Ready Suite is available in the manor house with a vanity, natural light, and room for the full wedding party. A second private Getting Ready Suite includes a full bathroom. On-site spa services are also available for hair, makeup, and massage.
What about parking?
The venue offers approximately 200 parking spaces: 100 behind the Carriage House, 100 in front of the Inn, with overflow available on-site.
Are tables and chairs included?
Mahogany Chiavari chairs, white resin chairs, and a variety of table sizes are available through our extensive in-house rental inventory. Additional equipment and tabletop items, including linens, china, and glassware, are also available.

The Carriage House provides a warm, character-filled setting for gatherings of up to 50 guests. With its historic stonework and relaxed atmosphere, the space is well suited for rehearsal dinners, welcome receptions, brunches, executive dinners, small meetings, and other private events.

The glass ballroom took our breath away: the chandeliers, the arched windows, the sunset through the trees. Our coordinator anticipated every detail before we even thought of it.
