Gala Cuisine is the exclusive, full-service in-house catering company for The Manors VA, thoughtfully designed to elevate every event hosted across our estates.
At Gala Cuisine, we believe catering is more than what’s served on the plate it’s about building a meaningful relationship, understanding your vision and personal style, and delivering a seamless, memorable experience for you and your guests.
Our highly trained chefs specialize in a diverse range of global cuisines and craft menus tailored to your event, whether you envision a sophisticated formal plated dinner, an elegant buffet, or a custom culinary experience designed just for you.
Outside Catering
Our À La Carte Package and Silver Package offer the opportunity for outside caterers to work at our venues. All caterers must have a catering license to work at any of our locations. Please email info@themanorsva.com or reach out to your event consultant for more details.
Tastings
We are happy to schedule tastings for booked clients on Tuesdays at our Poplar Spring Manor location for our American Menu. Please call 540-788-3486 for more information.
For international tastings, they are held at our Foxchase Manor location on Tuesday’s as well. Please call 703-369-3638 for more information. If you are already booked with us, please reach out to your venue to schedule a tasting.
