Gala Cuisine is the full service in-house catering company for all The Manors VA.
At Gala Cuisine, we believe that catering is more than just food on a plate, it’s about building a relationship with you, understanding your personal style and delivering a complete experience for you and your guests.
Our highly trained chefs specialize in a wide variety of cuisines and can prepare delicious menus from a sophisticated formal plated dinner to an elegant buffet.
Gala Cuisine Packages
The Choice Is Yours
We offer 3 different packages – À La Carte, Silver, and Gold. If you choose to go with our Silver or Gold Package, you will work with Gala Cuisine, our full service in-house catering company who offers a large variety of menu options, equipment rental, tableware, banquet services, and more. If you choose to go with our Silver or À La Carte package, we welcome your caterer into our properties.
1. À La Carte Package
Outside Caterer
Our “A Là Carte Package” includes the use of our Event Space and Outdoor Space

Outside Catering
Our À La Carte Package and Silver Package offer the opportunity for outside caterers to work at our venues. All caterers must have a catering license to work at any of our locations. Please email info@themanorsva.com or reach out to your event consultant for more details.
Tastings
We are happy to schedule tastings for booked clients on Tuesdays at our Poplar Spring Manor location for our American Menu. Please call 540-788-3486 for more information.
For international tastings, they are held at our Foxchase Manor location on Tuesday’s as well. Please call 703-369-3638 for more information. If you are already booked with us, please reach out to your venue to schedule a tasting.
